Initiative

Unite Aesthetics Initiative is a rapidly growing, UK-wide network of medical aesthetic injectors centred around collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. Transitioning into the aesthetics sector can often mean working in isolation – a daunting prospect for clinicians accustomed to the supportive environment of hospitals and NHS institutions, where advice and second opinions are always readily available.

Our platform is designed to recreate that sense of professional support within independent practice. Members are connected through small mentorship groups led by experienced clinicians, providing access to ongoing guidance, shared learning, monthly shadowing opportunities, and regular case-based discussions to support both clinical and professional development.

Importantly, Unite Aesthetics Initiative members remain fully independent and retain responsibility for their own patients and businesses. The platform simply enables clinicians to work for themselves, but not by themselves.

We are currently accepting applications for mentees in London, Cardiff, and Edinburgh, whilst actively expanding into other major UK cities. We are also inviting experienced injectors who align with our ethos to express interest in becoming the lead mentor for their local region as the initiative continues to grow nationally.
